The price was a remarkable $86 a night including fees and taxes for our Sunday and Monday stay, though rates change, so plan accordingly. We also liked the location for getting to the Fort Worth Stock Yards, nearby ATT Stadium, and farther east to the Bush Presidential Library and Dealey Plaze where Kennedy was shot. The room was spotless and comfortable, with a king bed, pullout couch, sink, dishwasher, basic dishes, microwave, and a generously sized refrigerator. The TV had most apps, including Netflix if you have a subscription. Breakfast was great, with choices I don't usually see elsewhere. Try the yogurt dispenser. The staff were accommodating, and this was one of the cleanest, best-equipped places we've stayed in a long time.

There's a lot of space here, a full kitchen, and a couch, and I'd stay again. The hotel is new and near Sam’s club, Walmart, Starbucks, Panda Express, and, across the freeway within about a mile, IHOP, What-A-Burger, Aldi, Target, Wendy’s, and other places. A smaller emergency room is in the parking lot in front. It's tucked behind Lowe’s, so the entrance can be easy to miss. My room was ready, but they still made me wait to check in, which isn't how most Hiltons handle arriving early when the room is available. I had no other customer service problems. The main issues were cleanliness and upkeep: hair on beds and in bathrooms, a broken dresser handle, and a missing blind cord. The cleaning crew could use training on Hilton standards. Outdoor trash cans were often overflowing, and the water I got from the hot water and tea/coffee station had things floating in it, so I wasn't confident the jugs were being cleaned properly. These problems seem fixable, and otherwise it's a very nice, spacious hotel.

Good value, with fresh apples at check-in. The breakfast was okay, and the exercise room was average. There were no wipes for the machines, and I didn't see a filtered-water machine, though I didn't ask if one was nearby. My room was spotless and ready early, and it was quiet, although I don't know whether I had neighbors.

The suite layout was great, with a large room and a really large bathroom, and the hotel is clean and fairly new. Getting to it is awkward, though, since there's no direct road and you have to come through a hospital or Lowe’s parking lot. There are also two design and maintenance issues. Motion lights by the entry came on when we rolled over on the pullout sofa at night, or when someone sat up with the bedroom door open. At 2am we thought someone was entering the room and got a fright. Then the door sensor lock broke on checkout day. We went up and down with replacement keys for about 45 minutes before staff worked out the battery had gone bad. It disrupted our morning plans, and when we came back we had to wait 19-15 minutes for someone to let us in. The sensor was fixed around 10am, but by then it didn't help us much. These weren't the staff's fault; the room design and lack of maintenance people meant it couldn't be sorted efficiently.
