It’s a decent three-star place for a budget price, but pretty bare bones. The rooms are clean enough for the first few days, then there’s no cleaning service for a week. You have to take your towels downstairs to replace them. A young woman at the front desk, Shea, was pleasant and will replenish whatever they provide. There’s also a simple meeting area by the elevator that works well enough for seeing an outside guest. Bring kitchen things if you’ll need them. There are no cups, dishes, bowls, or utensils, and they’ll sell dishes for a ridiculous price. The supplies are sparse elsewhere too: no decent shampoo, just bar soap I wouldn’t use, no shaver, facial tissue, or phone. I forgot my shaver and usually don’t even think about it. To borrow a hair dryer, you have to go downstairs, since there isn’t one in the bathroom. There aren’t decent restaurants nearby. There is a 7 Eleven across the street, but expect processed food.

Definitely a no-frills place, with everything extra and something you have to ask for. The room was very, very clean, but had almost nothing in it: no hair dryer or coffee, just hand soap, bath soap, and towels. We only stayed the one night. For some reason, they put us in a handicap room even though neither of us is handicapped. That was kind of weird.

The staff were so nice and friendly, but manager Brianna was another story. She was disrespectful and very rude, and even made my daughter cry. If she checks you in, you’ll notice her rude manners and tone. They need new management as soon as possible. I’ve stayed in over 160 hotels and extended stays, and this was by far the worst. If you don’t believe me, go upstairs and see how bad it smells. The room was dusty around the TV and hadn’t been cleaned properly. When I wiped the floors, there was nasty dirt all over them. Everything seemed cheap, from the toilet paper and soap to the rest of the supplies. You even have to pay $40 for a kitchen set, though the room already has the stove and kitchen area. They’re too broke to provide the set. I’d asked the woman at the front not to let anyone into my room because I wasn’t comfortable with it, but there’s no sign on the door to say cleaning shouldn’t come in. One morning I woke up to a cleaning lady standing over me. The front desk woman said they were required to enter rooms and clean. I was paying more per night than I would at a hotel, and still dealing with terrible service and a terrible place. I planned to stick it out for a couple more days until my paid stay was over, then spoke with Brianna.

The room was clean and very comfortable, and the hotel allows dogs. Still, after the way management handled our request, we won’t be back anytime soon. My family checked in last Friday for two nights, but my husband’s job called him in, so we had to leave Saturday instead of Sunday. At the desk we asked to speak to the manager, and were told no manager was available and to call Monday. I called Wednesday and asked for general manager Brianna Weber. I was courteous, but from her tone I could tell she’d already decided not to credit us for the night we missed. She said we hadn’t checked out at the “required” time, even though we couldn’t control when my husband’s job called him in. Then she raised her voice and claimed she’d been at the hotel Saturday and nobody had asked for her. That’s a blatant lie. She hung up on me. When I called back, she wouldn’t let me speak and hung up again. Management’s customer service was poor and disgusting.

The staff were very nice, though this isn’t like a typical hotel or extended stay. A lot of basics aren’t provided: kitchenware, dish soap, hand towels, an iron and ironing board, toilet brush, tissues, hair dryer, conditioner, or USB ports. Rooms are only cleaned every 14 days. Noise carries easily. I could hear people above me at night and in the morning. Also, the bed frame sticks out about five inches past the mattress and has square corners, so watch your legs.
