Tru by Hilton Fort Worth Fossil Creek

If you're staying longer than a weekend, I'd skip this property. As a loyal Hilton Honors member, I'm very disappointed there are no laundry facilities on site. I went downstairs to ask where to do laundry and get change, only to find out there aren't any. There's also nowhere to unpack a suitcase for a week-long stay: no dresser, and the desk is the only surface wide enough to open a bag. There's no closet to hang clothes and no in-room coffee pot. The shower floor is as slippery as an ice rink, with no mat or other grip protection. Grout on the bathroom floor is cracked and missing. I was surprised that the Fossil Creek Tru by Hilton had so few amenities, and I can't recommend it.

The big TVs and fast internet were nice, and the rooms were clean with cozy beds. The lobby had complimentary cookies and juice, a great snack while I waited for my room. Little gestures like that show how much they appreciate their customers.

It's a joy staying at the Tru hotel here in Fossil Creek, Fort Worth. The rooms are reliably clean, the breakfast is always delicious, and the entire staff is professional and greets you with genuine smiles. Special thanks to Melanie, Kevin, and David for their outstanding professionalism.

There’s a good range of places to eat nearby, and breakfast is served every morning. I travel for work often, and staying at the Tru - Fossil Creek is always a pleasure. The staff across the front desk, dining area, cleaning, and maintenance are friendly and greet you with a smile. There’s outdoor seating where you can relax and look out over a well-kept lawn.
