Hyatt Place Fort Worth Cityview

We needed group rates for our employees during the recent ice storm, and Helen came through again. I contacted reservations and got to work with her and Daren, as we had before. I explained what we needed, and Helen went above and beyond. I checked in with our team afterward, and everyone had good things to say: check-in went smoothly and they felt well cared for. Helen even left us a treat at the hotel as a thank-you. This was the second time our hospital worked with Hyatt Place Cityview. The first was a large training, and people from corporate leaders to trainees praised the facility and service. Helen and Daren were reassuring, responsive, and genuinely willing to help throughout. The front desk and cleaning staff have given us excellent service both times. Highly recommend.

Breakfast tasted awesome, and the Valentine’s treat for two days was nice. But the setup for the serving line was oddly backward, and they wouldn’t put out the hotel’s only microwave until after breakfast. So there was no way to heat food while eating. Our rooms were cramped, with little privacy, and there wasn’t a microwave in any of them. I won’t return.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Wynnette at the front desk was especially nice and helpful, and even Helen, Darren, and Daniel the GM from the back office took time to say hi. Breakfast service was great, and my room was spotless and just right. I slept like a rock on the comfortable bed during my three-day stay at Hyatt Place Fort Worth/Cityview last week. I’ll definitely return. Thank you!

I had to find a place unexpectedly while visiting from out of town, and this one was a great find. The lobby was spotless, and the rooms were clean and nice. The staff were incredible: friendly, respectful, and welcoming. DJ at the front desk was a delight, and it’s clear he takes pride in his work and loves the job. I can’t recommend this place enough. We’ll stay again if we’re in the area.
