After a little over a year here, I can say this is the best apartment building I’ve lived in. Residents are friendly, know each other by name, and say hello in the hall. It feels like people are treated as people, not a number. Brittany is fantastic with residents, and Manuel keeps the building running smoothly. Nearly every time I’ve put in a maintenance request, he’s shown up with a fix within two hours. I have a lot of respect and appreciation for the management team.
Misty was amazing, and the place was always clean and felt safe. Parker House is the best place I’ve lived. I moved for work, but if I hadn’t needed to, I’d still be there, even though it’s been years.
The location is great, and the team keeps residents happy with activities involving food, drinks, and gifts. I’ve lived at parker house for two years and even switched apartments within the building. The staff responds quickly and handles concerns efficiently. brittany made my move between apartments easy and smooth. She’s professional, approachable, and a good listener, and she deserves a promotion. Her assistant adeline is sweet, always smiling, and informative, with a graceful manner and a way of speaking I appreciate. manuel, the engineer, is always quick to fix things. Wishing the whole team the best.
The fifth floor views are eye-popping, and being right by the big train station gives you direct access to DFW. I’m convinced this is the best apartment location in Fort Worth. The apartments are high quality, and the other residents seem cool so far. My roommate and I felt welcome the moment we walked into the leasing office, like we were visiting an old friend. Janette and Mo run a tight ship. The only wait during leasing was while they made sure the apartment was in great shape before handing it over, and they got that done. Best apartment rental experience I’ve had.
I love my spacious place. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is great, close to lots of places to go. I really recommend this community.
