The grounds look nicely kept and the lobby seems modern and pleasant at first, but there were signs the place hadn't been maintained to high standards. The front door glass was extremely dirty, and the hallway carpet had filthy paths that looked like they hadn't been cleaned since installation. The floors felt uneven under the carpet, the elevator made strange noises, and there were other signs of a quick cosmetic redo. The parking lot also needs work. I was offended by having to sign a “behavior” waiver saying they could kick me out without warning. I also thought I'd paid when I booked online, but they hadn't charged me for the room, which left me frustrated and worried I was now being double charged. We're a band booked in Frankenmuth multiple times this summer, and this was our first stay here. For the price and the aggravation, it'll be our last. I'd give it a 2.5 if I could, but it doesn't deserve a 3-star review.

The pool was clean and warm, and the hot tub was welcome after a cold day walking around town. The room was very clean and welcoming, the shower was excellent, and the beds were nice enough. Breakfast was the usual hotel continental spread. This is a great spot if you want to be downtown for the holiday festivities. I just wish they had a bottle refill station.

It's a nice, clean hotel with comfortable rooms and a pool and hot tub. The Bavarian Inn restaurant, Splash Village, and Bronners Christmas store are super close, with lots of fun shops right there for all kinds of shopping.

The breakfast was really good and had a great variety: scrambled eggs, pork sausage, bagels, bread, waffles you can make yourself, cereal, and yogurt. Our room was very clean when we arrived, and the staff were friendly, especially the young woman working the breakfast shift. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay. Bronner’s is a nice 30-minute walk from the hotel if you're concerned about parking and unsure whether to walk or drive. I'll keep this place in mind for future bookings and recommend it to friends and family.

Our room was nice, though nothing special, and the breakfast was okay but not great. The mattress was too soft and lumpy and needed replacing. It's an older hotel, but it is well maintained.
