Baymont by Wyndham Franklin

We were visiting family and stayed for two nights. The property was well maintained, both indoors and outside, and our small room was clean with updated decor. The bed had a nice feel without being too soft, and the linens and fluffy towels were lovely. We’d definitely stay again.

We stopped for one night on the way to Florida, and it was better than expected. The breakfast bar was average, but there were other places to eat across the road. For the price, it was very good value. The quiet wall furnace, good mattress, and good shower are the kinds of things we notice, and we’ll come back.

Check-in was easy, and we found a comfortable bed with good pillows for a stop during our travels. I wasn’t keen on walking barefoot on the carpet. I’d been looking forward to breakfast, but it was continental. The bagel did the job, though I would’ve liked a boiled egg.

For an overnight stop, I couldn’t ask for more. It was very quiet and close to the highway, with clean rooms, hot showers, plenty of clean towels, a pool, movie stars, and a fitness room. The staff were friendly. The waffle machine had run out of mix, but I still really enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to people traveling through this area.
