Drury Plaza Hotel Nashville Franklin

The meals were a pleasant surprise, hot, flavorful, and clearly made with care. They were a step above the usual hotel food. I was also impressed that the hotel welcomes pets while keeping the whole property spotless. My room was thoughtfully laid out, comfortable, and very well maintained. From arrival onward, the staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. I had a wonderful stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel in Franklin, Tennessee, and would happily return.

With kids, eating out on a trip gets expensive, so the included dinner was a great deal for the room price. Breakfast was good too, with plenty of freshly cooked choices, and everyone we met on staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was so cold that even our kids didn't want to go back in. We also got charged for something at the little market store that we hadn't bought. The front desk clerk said he'd ask management to look into it, and the charge was refunded before we'd been on the road for even 30 minutes.

We had to find somewhere at the last minute after the hotel we'd originally booked turned out to be really dirty. Drury Plaza Hotel was a huge relief and saved our trip. The bed and sheets were so comfortable that we slept really well, and everything looked spotless. Breakfast was free with lots to choose from. In the evening they have what's called kickback, which they describe as “dinnertime snacks,” but there was enough for a whole meal. The lobby and shared areas were inviting and beautiful, and the staff clearly take care to keep things clean and welcoming. We'll stay here again when we're in the area.

This was our sixth year in a row staying here on the way to Florida. I mentioned on the phone that my birthday fell on our stay, and we found a card and a bag of snacks in the room at check-in. We'd had a terrible day of travel, so that really made my day. The place is always clean and friendly, and Drury's hot breakfast and nightly kick back meal are great.
