I've been here a week for work, and it's been a horrible stay. Showers clog, the curtain doesn't cover the water, and it ends up all over the floor. Staff have attitude problems, there's no privacy, and they go through your stuff. No room service, and they haven't changed towels or brought bathroom paper once. Two stars at best.

Dennie helped me out more than I could've asked, and everyone here is personable. The rooms are tidy and very clean, the place has clearly been remodeled recently, and you can tell they take pride in it. The beds are VERY comfortable, and the hot breakfast is on point. I've stayed here before, and this visit was a big disappointment. The hallway smelled musty and smoky, the third-floor AC didn't work, and the pool was green and nasty. The remote was sticky with gunk, and the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The carpet and pull-out couch were filthy, the toilet had yellow stains, and rusty water came out. I couldn't shower during the two days I was there because the water wouldn't drain properly. I told the staff, who first offered to move us, then took that back and said they'd clean it. I felt like I didn't matter. I couldn't even get an extra pillow for the pull-out couch. I'd rather drive farther than stay here again.

The room rates were affordable, especially for a king room for two nights, and the woman who checked me in was quick, kind, and efficient. I’d driven six hours from home to see family and talk through an event planned for next year, so I may come back then. When I needed to add another night, I had to change rooms because someone else had taken the one I was in. That was my mistake, not hers, and she made sure the new room was spotless and gave me a discount on both nights. I’d recommend staying here.
