The employees made this stay especially enjoyable. Everyone, from the front desk onward, was smiling, helpful, and ready to answer my questions. The indoor pool, guest laundry, workout room, and varied, plentiful breakfast were all good to have, and the coffee was great and available around the clock. Although the Hampton Inn is close to the interstate, it sits in a quiet area with plenty of local places to eat nearby. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our restful stay. It was more than I hoped for, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the South Dayton area. Thanks for going above and beyond.

We stayed March 13, 14, and 15 while the hotel was full for sporting events. The staff kept things running wonderfully, and the room was comfortable. Parking was well lit. I’ll choose this pleasant hotel again when I come back to visit my son.

The friendly, attentive staff made the stay feel like spending the night at a family member’s house. The rooms were clean and roomy, with soft, comfortable beds, and the location was perfect. Easily the most comfortable place to stay in Dayton.

Our worst Hilton stay so far. There weren’t enough towels, and we couldn’t get any until the next day, so we had to buy our own. The cover was off the A/C unit when we entered. There also weren’t enough room keys, which left us relying on the app to get in. This place needs better management.

During a major snowstorm on Saturday night, I couldn’t reach anyone at the property. The phone went unanswered, including when Hilton Honors tried, and nobody responded to the front door call button. There was no one in sight, almost as if the night auditor had gone to sleep instead of being available to guests. It was only 11:48 when I called Hilton because nobody would answer the door or phone. If someone staying there had needed help, it sounds like no one would have been there for them either. Thankfully, Hilton found me a room at Homewood Suites across the street. Stay far away from this Hampton.
