MainStay Suites Milwaukee/Franklin

Ryan, Matt, and the whole team made us feel at home during the month we stayed at Mainstay Suites. We’d sold our house and needed somewhere to stay until our apartment was ready. The property was well cared for inside and out, and the staff were gracious and accommodating. Management, the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance all handled our special requests. Their attention to detail showed throughout, and the service was impeccable. Thanks to everyone for making the stay as pleasant as possible.

Mary really made me feel welcome. She went out of her way to make sure things were right, and her hospitality made a big difference to my stay. The suites were comfortable, clean, and spacious, and the location is close to everything. I had a wonderful time and would happily recommend the place. I’ll be back.

The front desk worker, Mary, really stood out. I saw her stay calm and professional while a customer was raising his voice and acting like a child, and she still helped him. She deserves a raise for handling it that way. The room was nice and clean too, and both the gym and pool were working fine.

This was our second year staying here with a group of 15, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Janet at the front desk was wonderful from check-in through suggesting things to do. She even went out of her way to check whether Crystal Ridge was open. You’re lucky to have her.
