The Blacksmith Quarters On Barrons Creek

Staying at The Cornelia house was a treat. The adults-only setting kept things peaceful, and the spot on Main St made it easy to get to the downtown square. Inside, the bed was comfortable, the fireplace worked beautifully on a cold night, and the bathroom was roomy with nice updates. The kitchenette was just right for us, and the hot tub was clean and relaxing. We'd happily return, 10/10.

We stayed with another couple and all had a lovely time. The house is wonderfully cozy, with very comfortable beds and great toiletries in the bathrooms. I liked them enough to buy some from Hummingbird Farms, which is also in Fredericksburg! There are so many good shops and restaurants close by. Our friend told his daughter about the place, and she has already booked it.

We picked the Carl at Blacksmith Quarters for a getaway and absolutely loved it. The hot tub and balcony were lovely and felt private, and the whole place was clean, cozy, and had everything we wanted. One thing to know: the pretty fountain in the courtyard isn't a pool, though photos could give that impression. We'd definitely come back.

We were in town for a two-day tournament at Lady Bird golf course, and the stay was beautiful and comfortable. The back patio, especially the hot tub, was a great place to relax afterward. The beds were comfortable, the temperature was good, and the towels, soap, and showers were all nice. Parking was easy, and we walked down Main Street for dinner one evening. We appreciated the ice machine too. The under-counter fridge worked for us, though a bigger one with a freezer would have helped. We couldn't figure out how to use the television.
