The room didn't smell clean, and it hadn't been swept or mopped. The lady at the desk was nice and told me pets and smoking weren't allowed in rooms, but everyone I saw had a pet. There was pet shit all over the grass in the smoking area, and lots of foot traffic.

The location was the one real plus. My husband spent five nights in room 117A for work, and the reservation said there'd be a microwave in the room, but there wasn't. The lobby microwave looked like it had never been cleaned and was disgusting. The room fridge rocked because it wasn't level, and its door dragged on the floor. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. Each time he tried making coffee, the breaker tripped, so he had to make it in the bathroom. Cell service inside was awful, with calls dropping and texts arriving hours later. His phone worked fine elsewhere.

I paid when I booked through booking, but when I arrived, they wouldn't let me have a room because they said they no longer open to the public. I've asked booking for a refund, but they need the hotel to reply to their emails, and it hasn't. I keep calling the hotel and they won't do anything, so I'm still out the money. I'm extremely mad. What a scam.
