The rooms may be a little dated, but they were clean, as were the beds and showers. I saw plenty of complaints about this place, but the pool was clean too, and breakfast was delicious. The price was just right. I'd definitely stay here again.

We came for a family emergency and stayed from 1/8 to 1/10. The pool area was ideal, the rooms were clean, and breakfast was great. When we checked out early, Matthew/Karen were especially helpful and professional. Our stay was excellent, and we'll definitely come back and recommend Comfort inn and Suites.

Our car was buried in snow when we were ready to leave in the morning, and we had nothing to clear it with. I asked Matthew at the front desk if there was a brush I could borrow. He had one in his own car and brushed ours off for us. We had stopped at Comfort Inn & Suites in Fremont, OH, to get out of the way of an approaching snowstorm. The hotel was very clean and quiet, with comfortable beds, a great price, and especially friendly, helpful staff. If we're ever in Fremont again, we'll definitely stay here.

The morning after staying in room 128 on the night of 12/30, I found a bed bug on the shower curtain. Management quickly refunded the room, and kindly supplied garbage bags. Now all our things are packed in them, and we have to wash everything. Be careful if you're staying on the first floor.

We booked on Jan 8th 2026 and arrived a few hours later, but the front desk guy canceled our reservation because he didn't know what he was doing. When we tried to book again, he said he didn't know how. Then the next day, we got a bill for the room they had canceled. Incompetence at its finest. Smdh.
