A standard, dependable mid-level hotel stay. The prepaid breakfast choices were disappointing, with very little variety for the inclusive rate. I also didn't expect to pay extra for made-to-order breakfast on top of what I'd already prepaid.

After four nights, I'd definitely stay here again. The rooms were very clean, the beds comfortable, and the blackout shade worked great, much better than curtains. The pillows were a little too soft, but that's minor. Each time we returned from being out for the day, staff welcomed us back. When we left, the housekeepers on our floor wished us a safe trip, and the lobby staff did too. The young man who checked me in was so nice and welcoming, with a great smile and personality. I wish I could remember his name. Maybe next time we can try the happy hour.

The location works well, and I stay here for most of my business trips. It’s dependable, and the breakfast is pretty good. The water isn’t always as hot as I’d like, though. And please replace those full-length mirrors in the rooms. They make me look stretched out, short, and weird.

Frankie made the bar and restaurant stand out for me. Her service was amazing, and she always had a smile. The food was great too. The rooms are very clean, with a layout I liked and bathrooms laid out well. I’ll definitely come back when I’m in the area.
