Residence Inn by Marriott Fremont Silicon Valley

We had a spacious, nice room with a separate kitchen and living area, good amenities, a comfortable bed and pillows, and complimentary breakfast. The service was still a big disappointment. We stayed four nights without any room cleaning. The front desk said housekeeping had to be booked at least 24 hours ahead. We scheduled it the day before and called again to confirm, but the room still wasn’t cleaned.

I stayed four nights and was meant to arrive after a delayed flight, past midnight. I let the front desk know so they wouldn’t give my room away. When I finally got there, DAVID was incredibly gracious, welcomed me despite the late hour, and assured me the reservation was still good. He and the team had upgraded me to a lovely suite. I told David I had a red-eye flight and would use my Titanium 4pm LCO if it was available. I said I’d gladly take a regular room with the 4pm LCO if that was what he could offer, but he delivered what had been promised. On the second day, the AC needed resetting. I asked the front desk for a fan to avoid causing trouble, but the wonderful engineer MUSTAFA came himself, apologized, reset the AC, and then went back to get me a fan. That personal care from him and DAVID and the whole team really moved me. Thank you all. I’ll definitely come back for the kindness, professionalism, and genuine care.

I was here for work for 11 nights, and my family came with me. Dan and his staff were so kind to me and my kids that they brought me to tears. They made us feel welcome, and the place is family friendly. We’re already excited to return. My kids still talk about everyone there and can’t wait to go again. We have a picture with Dan from before we left, and we’ll always cherish it. Thank you all for everything, especially for being so good to my children.

Both times I visited recently, everyone was very friendly. The hotel is getting older, but the rooms were still pretty nice. I was missing a few kitchen items and told the desk, and they brought over what they had quickly, even though it was getting late, around 10 PM. The grounds were quiet, with several restaurants nearby, including a Starbucks about 100 feet away. I still haven’t tried the Gelato place, maybe next time!
