Good Nite Inn Fremont

Monica is always quick with a friendly greeting and such positive energy. She handles guests' needs promptly and does it with a great attitude. I really appreciate that. The customer service here is on point, and the place is consistently quiet, clean, and safe. It's conveniently close to my job, which is another reason this is my go-to, and only, top motel recommendation in the Fremont area. I've had a great experience from the gates onward, yee!

The room was just okay, but the bedding needs attention. The pillows smelled like dirty, oily hair, and the blanket insert needed washing too. I had to ask for the room to be vacuumed, and the woman at the front desk gave me an attitude. My white socks picked up dirt and hair almost immediately. Hospitality really needs work here. There was construction starting precisely at 7 a.m., so don't expect to sleep in or relax. Housekeeping was loud too, laughing and knocking on doors to service rooms around 8:30-9, even though checkout isn't until 11. Very annoying.

My partner woke up around 1 a.m. scratching at an itchy hand that had swollen. He checked around the blankets and found bed bugs. He's allergic, which explains the swelling. Thankfully, we didn't see any in the bed where our two toddlers were sleeping. The office offered us another room when he went down to report it, but we won't be back.

I really enjoyed staying at Goodnite inn. It's clean and budget friendly, and Monica does a great job looking after the property and accommodating what you need. The staff are friendly and help with requests. Monica is AMAZING!
