The rooms are comfortable and laid out well, and getting in is easy. There's a small covered spot by the door for your car. Nice and clean too. I'll come back.

The room had no bugs, and the hot water was decent with good pressure, but the place is quite dated and the linens had stains. Parking is a little strange. Some rooms have small covered garage spaces; for the others, you have to park parallel to your room across a small patch of gravel.

We told guest services about everything and asked for some kind of compensation, but they refused and tried to get us to leave early. This was just a bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If you need a quick, cheap stay, book one night and leave as soon as you can. There were ants all over the bathroom floor, and the fridge still had food from the last guest, including spoiled, expired milk. Hair covered the uncleaned sheets and blankets. The floor was so filthy that the bottoms of my black socks were dirty after less than five minutes. The TV wouldn't work even with everything connected. The mirrors were covered in handprints and oily marks, an outlet stopped working after the second day, and the coffee machine had moldy leftover coffee from previous guests.

The grounds were well cared for, parking suited me, and the area felt quiet and safe. Restaurants and shops were within walking distance. I liked the vintage furniture and decor, and the rate was much more affordable than other nearby places. The bed was comfortable too. The room wasn't very clean, though there were no obvious bugs, and the refrigerator door wouldn't stay shut. Also, if you need your receipt, don't lose it.
