We were hoping to enjoy an extended vacation around a family wedding, but being so short on sleep has ruined our daytime plans. Three nights here have been miserable. The AC kept turning off overnight and resetting its temperature settings. They moved us to another room, which we appreciated, but the bed there was no better. It was hot and uneven wherever we tried to sleep. It's incredibly frustrating to be sleep deprived for three nights in a row.

The service was extremely friendly, and the rooms were comfortable and nice. The bathroom was a bit small but usable. We were pleasantly surprised by our stay, and you can see they're upgrading the hotel. The front looks nice and new. Breakfast could use a little work: a couple of things were broken and the eggs were overdone, though both issues should be easy to fix. We'd stay again if we were in the area.

The deadbolt on the door was broken, and I told the attendant when I saw her at the desk after we came back. The sidewalks hadn't been salted. On our last night, I had the do not disturb sign on the door, but when we all returned, I noticed they'd gone in and taken all our dirty towels anyway. The room wasn't 100% clean either. My other half found a gummy bear on the floor that wasn't ours.

It’s a fairly nice hotel, but the cleanliness needs attention. The bathroom door wouldn’t latch, the floors were dirty, and we found mold on the bathroom ceiling. Downstairs, the lobby ice machine had obvious brown sludge on it and looked like it had never been cleaned. The vending machines didn’t work either. I wish the staff kept the place cleaner.

I booked a king room with a hot tub six months ahead for Valentine’s Day. When we arrived at 3 p.m., we got a room with two queen beds and no hot tub because they’d double-booked the room. They apologized, but that ruined the whole weekend. Thanks for wasting my time and money. Complete garbage.
