The motel was quiet and had a limited breakfast in the morning. We chose it after our usual place raised its prices for the college world series, and I wasn’t willing to pay that much. The bed was comfortable and it gave us a place to sleep, and the staff were friendly and willing to help. But the smell throughout the motel was incredibly strong, like ten of those green tree car deodorizers. It plugged up my sinuses and gave my wife a headache. It was also very hot, and the air conditioning didn’t cool the room well. One bath towel and the bed sheets had holes.

The place smells awful, and the staff weren’t helpful. The manager and staff flat-out lied to avoid giving me a refund. There are much better hotels in town or in Omaha. I’d avoid this place.

I usually like this place when I’m looking for a cheap hotel, but this time I found a roach in the bathroom. Sorry, but that put me off.

I don’t smoke and didn’t have any visitors, but after I checked out I was charged for a “smokey” room without any warning. I called the front desk to dispute it, and they said only the manager could remove the charge. The manager never responded to my requests. Beware of unexpected extra charges.

Our room had a fridge and microwave, and the breakfast choices were limited but enough. Everything looked clean and not worn out, and this was probably the best value I’ve found at a hotel in several years. It isn’t the Hilton, but it isn’t priced like one either. It was a good experience, and I’ll probably stay here next time I travel this way. If they keep the place this clean, they’ll do well. Sam at the front desk says hi! Haha
