Best Western Plus Fresno Inn

We had an easy late check-in, which we really appreciated. Our room was clean and great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast stood out too, better than at many hotels we’ve tried. We’d definitely recommend the hotel and hope to come back.

Darlene sorted out a booking error Expedia had caused, and she was patient, friendly, and kind. She made a point of giving us a quiet room, and even though the street is busy, we didn’t hear anything outside. The whole facility was spotless. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, and the coverlets were just the right weight. Breakfast was amazing, with lots of variety, hot food, and healthy choices. There’s a great fitness center too. The room was set to 66 degrees, perfect for sleeping. I highly recommend this BW.

Just checked in and found I’d been given one king bed and a very uncomfortable pull-out sofa, even though I have several confirmations for the two-queen room I booked online. They said the booking didn’t transfer correctly. They were fully booked, so they probably gave my room away. This is how they treat members. Beware.

Easy parking and helpful staff, with a good choice at breakfast, though seating space is tight. The price is good for what you get. The bathrooms need better ventilation, and there’s visible mold high on the walls near the ceiling.
