It was loud outside, and there were sketchy people hanging around the property. We couldn't get a refund, so we had no way to go somewhere else and ended up just sleeping there before leaving. The room looked ugly, and the chair had burn marks. We'd booked a non-smoking room with a king bed, but on arrival they said none were left. They offered a room with two double beds for more money.

The fridge in the room and the ice machine both worked, and the towels and sheets were clean. The rest of the room had problems: hair covered the bathroom floor, and the paint on the tub was peeling, though I'd expected that from other reviews. The area seemed sketchy. The microwave seemed to short-circuit when we tried it, and one light wouldn't turn on, though it sometimes flickered. The lighting overall was poor. Our toilet wouldn't flush; the woman who came to look said it was fine and gave unhelpful advice, but it still didn't work.

The room was clean, the amenities were wonderful, and breakfast was yummy. We got a good night's sleep, even though two people we didn't know knocked on our door, one at 12:30 at night and another at 6:00 in the morning, for reasons we never found out.

The staff were great, but I wouldn't recommend staying here. I found a roach near the sink, and the lamps were dusty. The ironing board was old, rusty, and dirty. I wiped down the little table before using it for breakfast, and it was dirty too. The carpet was unclean enough to dirty my feet right away.
