Economy Inn Fresno Yosemite

I liked the 70s architecture and colors, it brought back some nostalgia. The rooms were clean, working properly, and pretty spacious for the price. Management respects guests' privacy and doesn't go looking for reasons to kick you out after you've paid, though they also don't put up with nonsense. It felt like a safe place to stay, whether you need a room unexpectedly or just want a change of scene without worrying about your car.

You could ask the owners at the front desk for a quick check-in with no small talk, or chat with them about Fresno and get plenty of ideas for what to do. They’re welcoming and seem to adjust to what you need. The pool and the rest of the upkeep are in great shape, and the rooms feel like private little worlds. I’ve never heard other guests, and the rooms are much larger than hotels at a similar price. Plus, In-N-Out Burger is right next door. Heaven.

We usually get a room with a king-size bed, and it has the usual basics: a table with two chairs, a mini fridge, and a microwave. Everything has been kept in good shape, and nothing has failed to work. The rooms have always been clean and well cared for, with no problems meeting our standards. My husband and I have stayed here more than a dozen times for a little time to ourselves, and the owners and staff always make us feel welcome and ask how we've been.

The pool was clean and really enjoyable, and Walmart, food spots, and convenience stores are all within walking distance. The rooms are cleaned daily and feel comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. Housekeeping and management are super nice too. I'd stay here again if I need a room in Fresno.
