Fresno Inn

The rooms were clean, the price was great, and I felt welcome and safe during my stay. The security officer was friendly, and we had a good conversation since I used to work security too. Christina, I think that was her name, brought clean towels when ours ran out. Carter, if I’m remembering right, quickly fixed the door handle and did it properly. The morning front desk girl seemed rude or like she didn’t care, but the next girl was much more polite and helped when I came by for toilet paper. The place seems to have been cleaned up since some of the reviews, and there are several fast food restaurants nearby. It was only 15 minutes from the event I attended. I enjoyed my stay and will pick Fresno inn again for my next Fresno event.

The front desk girl was great, but the room had a couple of roaches crawling around and the bed looked dirty. People were talking loudly outside on the run. I left one light and the fan on while I went to Dennys for food, and after about 15 minutes everything was off when I got back. That's fishy, not scary. Let me catch someone playing around. I was so exhausted I wished I could have left already. I wish there were a rating below one star.

The lobby lady was friendly, but the rest of this was so bad. We had two rooms, one with a broken window, a literally broken TV, and a heater that didn't work. Both rooms were dirty, with falling curtains, broken floor tiles, lots of cockroaches, writing on the wall, and stained towels. The listing said there would be a microwave and continental breakfast, but neither was there. Everything was wrong.

The rooms have been upgraded, including the mattress and better flooring, though the cleaning still needs work. I work security myself, and Andrew was professional and did his job well. He walked me to my room and made me feel safe. The front desk lady, “Gloria,” was rude.
