Hotel Indigo Frisco by IHG

The spacious, well-kept room was comfortable, and the lounge and bar were the best part of my stay. The hotel was spotless, too. I would have liked a refrigerator in the room, since I assumed one would be provided. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my first visit a delight.

Eric, Jewel, and Omar were the people I spoke with most, and I was really pleased with them. They made us feel like friends, and the rooms were pretty, too. I’ll more than likely come back.

I booked through my corporate account and paid extra for a king bed, but Romail at reception said there were no king rooms left. Yet someone who checked in after us was given one. That was terrible service. We were assigned an accessible room, and when we asked to switch, he argued unnecessarily and was rude to me for no reason. My husband had been talking to him, and I hadn’t even spoken with him before. WTH? Take your business somewhere else. Don’t spend your money where grown men harass you.

We thought we’d saved on the hotel so we could splurge on Cowboy game tickets, but it turned out we scored on the stay too. The rooms were nicer than at The Omni, for a fraction of the price, and The Star was only five minutes away. The service was amazing, the beds were comfortable, and the made to order breakfast each morning was phenomenal. Seriously, the cutest hotel. You won’t regret booking here!
