We had a wonderful 3 days visiting our son in Frisco. We went to legacy west and North, Fort Worth stockyards, Dallas museums, and botanical gardens. The unit was bigger than I expected, just like the pictures, with a modern kitchen, big dining table, large closets, and roomy bathrooms. I’m picky about cleanliness, and this place passed: the unit, hallways, and elevators were tidy. The beds were super comfortable, there were plenty of towels and soaps, and we never heard or saw anyone from neighboring units.

Very clean, quiet place, with easy parking. Finding the building at night was hard because the signs are poor, so I wouldn’t arrive then. Still, I’d recommend it. It’s close to the mall and lots of places to eat, and customer service was great. They answered the phone and replied to texts quickly.

Spacious and clean, and right among lots of shops and restaurants. It was only a 5 minute drive to the Ford Center. The hosts were attentive, and I’d definitely stay here again on a future trip. Highly recommend for travel to the Frisco area.

The place and location are great, but customer service has been frustrating. I checked in a day ago and gave them my plate number, yet I keep getting texts asking me to check in and provide the number. I called to confirm they knew I was there because I don’t want to be locked out, especially since there’s no key, just a door code. The representative kept saying they hadn’t texted me and that she hadn’t received my screenshot. She didn’t explain why the messages kept coming.

We had a perfect family stay, thanks to the accommodations. The place was amazing, and the best part was having 2 bathrooms. It felt much better than a hotel, and it’s cheaper if you’re looking for 5 star. The location is perfect, with almost everything walkable. Thank you!
