The price at willow tree lodge isn't worth the stay. The rooms aren't clean, the interior looks old fashioned, and the place needs upgrades. The owner didn't honor his word. For the same price, you can get a much cleaner room and breakfast at the QUALITY INN in placentia California. I don't make reservations at willow tree anymore.

When I returned around 5:30 pm, my room had been rearranged, and my belongings were touched and left in strange places. My necklace and a few other things were missing. The maids had already left for the day, but the front desk had let a new male employee into the room on his first day, with my belongings and those of my 2 year old son inside. It was really weird, and I wouldn't stay here. It felt like the place was setting you up to rob you.

No deposit, rooms are always available, and the manager is about as nice as you could hope for. It's not the Hilton, but for the price, this place is the best bang for your buck.

It's no Beverly hills hotel, but this affordable place is a hidden gem, and the owner is nice.

Lynn at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, and everyone on staff was welcoming and accommodating. The bathrooms were clean and the beds comfortable, making this a convenient, affordable place to lay my head for the night. It's also within walking distance of major convenience stores with lots of delicious food. I'd recommend Willow Tree Lodge to anyone needing a clean, comfortable place for a few nights.
