The Valentine’s decorations made the entrance feel warm, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Management should appreciate these associates, because you don’t find that kind of service everywhere. Thanks for a great stay!

It’s inexpensive and close enough to campus, but the room wasn’t clean. Dust covered the fixtures, and both rooms we booked were missing light bulbs. Being near the highway also made it loud at night. At breakfast, the eggs and sausage were uncovered and not at serving temperature.

The rest of the hotel is great, but mornings in the lobby and dining room were a zoo. At 6 a.m., someone was blasting Spanish from a phone speaker while people were trying to eat. I turned up the news because I didn’t want to hear it. The kitchen lady said guests were still sleeping after I explained why, and when I asked her or the man at the counter to handle the phones playing loudly, they laughed at me. My company usually books several guys here, but after that morning we’ll be asking to relocate and get a refund for the rest of the week.

The beds were really comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly. There was a hot breakfast, and for the price I got a lot. It’s easy to get to U of F, and I’d come back.
