I left as soon as I saw the roaches, and I was so disgusted that I didn't even ask for a refund. There were bugs all over the tub and walls, coming out of the woodwork. During the day the room looked nice, but after sunset it was a completely different creature. I reported it to the woman at the front desk, who seemed completely unfazed.

There was no quality control here. The microwave was filthy, the counters and stove were clearly not cleaned, and the cabinets and drawers had trash and random stuff in them. The bed had a dirty, smelly, stained comforter, and the shower curtain was covered in stains. The room's smoke alarm had duct tape on it, even though a new one was sitting in a drawer. It's kind of insane that this hotel is still in business.

We came to stay but checked out instead. There was no hot water, and staff said a pipe had burst, though no one had told us or knew when it would be repaired. The room was disgusting: mold and poop in the toilet, trash in the uncleaned shower, a filthy microwave, and floors that hadn't been swept or mopped. The sheets had pee stains and cigarette burns, and there was tissue stuffed into holes in the wall.

I was willing to stay, but the conditions were terrible, so I left and found somewhere else. I arrived early to check in and found an uncleaned room with hair in the sheets, a dirty-sweat smell, and cigar ashes. It was supposed to be non-smoking, but reeked of smoke. I asked the manager to clean it, but they didn't. Then I requested a refund and was refused. I still want my money back.
