The breakfast was amazing, and the hotel was a great value. Our stay was super nice: quiet and clean, with a very clean pool that was fun to use. The rooms had towels and other amenities stocked, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

We come from Tennessee to the Galion Ohio area every year for Christmas, and we’ve stayed here for the last four years. We absolutely love it. It’s always incredibly clean and smells amazing, and the staff are wonderful, eager, and happy to help with anything. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

The hotel’s location is great, and the lobby staff were very helpful. But the room had a strong musty smell, and its sink drained very slowly. For two days, the free breakfast had no milk. I’m not sure why they didn’t just run to the store for some. The floor in the food service area wasn’t cleaned, and the fire door is always open, so the hotel doesn’t feel secure.

Gavin was especially helpful and flexible about checkout. We were waiting several days while family was in the hospital, and the staff were so kind and accommodating. The place was clean too. Great stay!!!

The room was nice and clean, but check-in was unpleasant. The gentleman was rude and tried to charge me for a second room even though mine was already paid for. I booked this hotel because it has, or is supposed to have, a heated pool, but the water was ice cold and definitely not heated. I was told to just deal with it because the pool isn’t fully heated. It ruined my whole trip and New Year's Eve. I’m six months pregnant and had planned this as our last trip before the baby. I love swimming and was looking forward to relaxing in the pool. This was false advertising, and I’m very unhappy. I will not stay here again.
