The owners were very helpful getting me checked in quickly during the recent power outage storm. The location was fine and parking was easy. I appreciated that they allow pets, and my large dog couldn’t reach the thing between the fridge and wall that looked like pest prevention. Still, the room felt dirty. There was hair in the shower and on the bed, and I felt very itchy after sitting on the bed. The towels were worn and didn’t feel fresh. I didn’t see bed bugs, and I’m not sure what caused the itching. Given the experience, I think the price should have been about $40 less.

Absolutely horrible and beyond disgusting. The room prices took advantage of everyone being stranded, just price gouging. There was coffee and a coffee maker that looked like they’d been there for 3+ months, at least 300 roaches in the trap and dead around the room, cigarette burns in the tub and floors, and the refrigerator wouldn’t close. I could go on. If negative stars were possible, that’s what I’d give.

I spent a week here on vacation and had no issues. The staff were pleasant and friendly, I saw no pests, and the beds were very comfy. It’s right by a busy road, so it was a little noisy, but the business can’t really help that.

The owner and his family are some of the kindest, most caring people I’ve come across. They’re there whenever you need something. I love getting the chance to come here.
