The price stays steady, which makes budgeting easier, and it's not a bad place to stay apart from one big issue for families. They call it family friendly, but kids aren't allowed to play outside unless a parent is right next to them every second. You can't take turns watching them with another parent either, the child's own parent has to be there, and children get yelled at if they go out. This is my second stay, and the staff has made a real difference both times. Anthony is personable and always on top of what you need. Miss B and her staff are friendly and helpful, and even though I clean my own room, Miss B checks whether we need anything. Woody keeps things from staying broken and looks out for people.

After driving all day, we got there at 7:20 PM on Monday with a confirmed reservation, only to be told the office was closed and the property was overbooked. They turned us away with nowhere to go, then charged my card for the first night anyway. The place looked sketchy and poorly maintained, more like a long-term residence than a proper place for travelers. We had to find another hotel at the last minute and pay a premium. Avoid it.

Anthony at the front desk was a big part of why I had such a good stay over a few months. He made check-in simple and was helpful whenever an issue came up, always kind and professional. I appreciate all the help he gave me. InTown Suites should hold him up as an example of a great employee, because service like his really makes a difference and helps the hotel thrive.

The rooms are more spacious than I expected, and I'm really thankful to have a place to stay while we look for housing. Anthomy at the front desk has a calm personality and helps whenever he can. My only issue is with the rules for children outside. You have to keep your kids occupied and watch them yourself while they're playing, another parent can't take over, and staff yell at the kids. That's the one niche. Otherwise, it's a fabulous place to stay.

The laundry room is kept clean, and the washers and dryers work great. The whole staff is amazing. Anthony, the manager, stays on top of everything, and Elwood did a beautiful job repairing the bathroom wall. B, the house keeper, is always friendly and willing to do anything for anyone. 5⭐️’s
