Belleview Biltmore Resort

Laurenz went out of his way to find us somewhere to play cards, even with a wedding party staying that weekend. The staff were super helpful whenever we had questions. We were looking for a relaxing weekend with friends and enjoyed our stay at the Belleview Inn very much. The hotel is beautiful, and guests can use its sister property on the beach in Clearwater Beach. The area is quiet, though you do have to drive a bit to get to restaurants. It was perfect for us, and we’d stay again.

I accidentally threw my wallet away in a housekeeping cart, and within two hours the BVI team found it and returned it. They even went dumpster diving for a guest they didn’t know. That kind of service was above and beyond, and I’m eternally grateful. They helped me get home on time without any issues. Five stars, and I’d give more if I could. Everyone should host their event here.

The breakfast picnic baskets were a nice surprise, though after four nights it would’ve been nice to see some variety instead of the same choices each morning. The property itself was beautiful, safe, quiet, romantic, and historic. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the bed was comfortable too. The staff didn’t seem to speak much after check-in. It’s not beachfront, but their sister resort does offer a beachfront. Overall, it was a nice, relaxing place.

Nora made the stay feel special, caring about every detail and taking it from great to exceptional. My husband and I came for our anniversary and can’t wait to return. We’re a relaxed couple and wanted somewhere without loud parties, slamming doors, or elevator dings waking us in the middle of the night. This place was perfect: quiet, secluded from Clearwater Beach’s loud tourist areas, well appointed, clean, and charming. We biked through the neighborhood down to the water, went kayaking and saw manatees, then relaxed on the beach at the Sand Pearl. We already want to come back for longer.
