The bed and towels were clean, and the bed was comfortable. But the tub's jets and faucet didn't work, so I had to fill it using the shower head. We couldn't watch TV because the remote was dead. Though the hotel says it's non-smoking, our room had a lingering smoke smell, and parts of the hall smelled like marijuana. It was an average stay for one night. Next time, I'll ask for a room where the tub and TV work.

The neighborhood felt sketchy, and the building looked like it had once been nice but had been neglected for a long time. There were stains on the floors, walls, and bedding, the plumbing was poor, and the public spaces were dirty and in disrepair. The pool was gross. Staff insisted the small pool wasn't a whirlpool, despite signs saying otherwise, and wouldn't turn it on. I was there five days and kept asking for housekeeping. We finally got a quick clean the day before leaving. Towels and linens were unavailable most days. The front desk clerk seemed apathetic, lied repeatedly, and did nothing to resolve problems. He said he couldn't or wouldn't go to the laundry, so we had to bathe with bath mats and cleaning rags. I think there may have been only one woman doing all the housekeeping, so I can't blame her. Breakfast was disgusting. The only positive I can offer is that I don't think there were bugs.

We were a group of 11, and every one of us had a good time. The rooms were huge, with comfortable beds and sofa beds in both rooms. Check-in was quick, and the staff were amazing. The kids liked the indoor pool, though it was cold. My sons wanted to use the fitness room, but it was closed and only had one treadmill anyway. The whirlpool bath was great, and the shower jets on the wall felt really good. Everyone was happy with the stay. We'd recommend it and come back, whether as a family or a couple.

The room was clean, with a beautiful tub that had water jets and five shower heads. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a good range of choices. The pool area was nice too, except for a man who seemed busy cheating on his wife with a young girl by the pool. He let his kids run wild, crowding the adults while they ate watermelon and dropped bits into the pool. Despite that, we really liked the place and will stay again.
