The gentleman at the desk was very nice, and to my surprise the room smelled fresh and looked clean. The white linens, bathroom, and bathtub were clean too. We were sleeping around 3 AM when someone started pounding on the wall. Then the room phone rang. The owner, I believe, said the people next door were complaining that we were too loud and the TV was loud. The TV was on, but definitely not loud. She said she'd come up and hadn't heard anything either. I explained we were asleep, and she apologized. The rest of the stay went smoothly, and we'd stay again. The walls seem very thin, though, so I wouldn't recommend it if you want to be loud and enjoy your night.

We were in the area for a family funeral, and this hotel was conveniently close to our relatives. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very friendly. We hadn't planned on using the advertised breakfast, which turned out to be unavailable because of some kind of issue. I'd stay here again.

Crystal Inn and Suites worked out really well for me and my three kids. The staff were kind, our room was very clean, and the hotel is close to both the Ocean City and Atlantic City boardwalks. We were very pleased and will come back.

It's a quiet spot off the highway, and the room was a nice size. There was some smell in the room, though I couldn't tell what it was. The sign promised a hot breakfast, but there was nothing. The place needs updating. Prices were ridiculous over the holiday weekend, and I wouldn't return.

The room was clean and quiet, and the customer service was great. We arrived late after a long drive, and the staff were especially helpful. I'll definitely stay again.
