Comfort Inn Gallup I-40 Exit 20

The eggs and coffee at breakfast were perfect, and the staff worked hard. The hotel was clean and easy to reach from the interstate, with Cracker Barrel nearby. You can walk to the mall or The Oasis restaurant, which I recommend. I’m still disappointed they wouldn’t refund the night we missed because our schedule changed. As a Gold member on my way to a higher tier, that left me feeling let down. I almost don’t want to say too much because I’d like to find a room here next time.

We stayed here on the way to New Mexico and again heading home to Cali, and both visits were the best. Absolutely amazing place, I’d definitely recommend staying. There’s a gym, laundry, a continental breakfast with lots of good choices, and an indoor pool, though it was closed when we visited.

There were plenty of restaurants, shops, and gas stations close by, which made the location just right for us. The hotel was being renovated, but it didn’t cause any real issue. Staff were very nice and helpful. The room door was missing its latch plate, but otherwise we had a nice stay.

The staff were a full 100% satisfactory, went out of their way, and I’m grateful for that. The view was nice too, and the location was decent, with restaurants, shops, and gas stations close by. They’re renovating, so be patient. Our room door was a bit hard to get into because its strike plate was missing. TV channel choices were pretty sparse.
