A practical choice for Disneyland, and I’d stay here again for work or an overnight park visit. The hotel is easy to find, with a large, well-lit parking lot behind it and lots of dining options nearby. There’s a QR code in the lobby to arrange a paid shuttle to the parks. The place feels a little dated, especially some of the lighting and the elevators, but it’s clean and everything works. Rooms are spacious and quiet, the beds are comfortable, and there are plenty of bathroom towels.

I had arranged a late checkout with the front desk when I checked in the day before, since I had an important work meeting. On checkout day, staff kept coming to my door around the usual checkout time to ask whether anyone was inside, interrupting the meeting. Then someone used a master key to open the room. I had to ask the meeting attendees to wait while I called the front desk. When I explained what had happened, the staff didn’t even apologize. The late checkout clearly hadn’t been communicated properly. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who needs a late checkout, and I won’t return to this location.

Ronnie at the front desk welcomed us with a smile and made check-in quick and easy. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well looked after by housekeeping. We spent two nights here for Disneyland, which is conveniently nearby. We didn’t use the pool or jacuzzi, though we saw plenty of guests enjoying them. The hotel was spotless and nicely kept throughout. The lobby had Christmas trees and a festive photo setup that made for some great pictures. We had a wonderful stay and are already looking forward to coming back.

The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable, but I wouldn’t make this my first choice if I’m in the area again. The noise carries badly: we could hear next-door guests and people talking in the hall, and the room doors could use upgrades to block sound. Having the sink outside the bathroom felt odd, too. I was granted late checkout, but housekeeping still asked on the day whether I planned to leave at that time. The front desk had already made that decision, so it shouldn’t have needed to be discussed with me. One morning the elevators lost power, delaying our plans and making us late for an appointment because someone in our party has trouble walking. We were fortunate we didn’t need to check out then.
