We chose this place for our two days at Disneyland. The room was what I expected from a Hilton, and the staff were courteous and nice. One breakfast morning, a tour group arrived, and the staff kept the food hot and available for everyone despite the crowd. I’d recommend the hotel. My one gripe is parking at $25 a night when the large lot was mostly empty, especially as a Hilton Honors Gold Member.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and having a full-size fridge was a nice extra. We were here for Disneyland and NAMM, and every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. Nelson and the women serving breakfast really stood out. They went out of their way for guests, even singing Happy Birthday to my daughter-in-law after overhearing us talk about it and noticing her Birthday shirt. I’m looking forward to staying again next year.

Breakfast was fresh and hot, with fruit, and I really liked the helpful staff. Hassan made early check-in easy and didn’t make it a hassle. The place is extremely clean, and as soon as you walk in, Mickey Mouse gives it a Disney feel. With service like that, I couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend!

We were staying here while our home was being renovated, and as first-timers we found it really comfortable. The rooms were lovely, and whenever we asked the housekeepers for something, they were kind and understood our “privacy please” sign because we had cats in the room. The staff were friendly every day and always asked how we were doing. Valeria? I believe!!! was especially nice and talked with real interest, so we always felt comfortable. Parking and having just one entrance and elevator were the only small downsides. The other elevator was closed for renovations, so it wasn’t a big deal. I’d definitely recommend staying here (:!

We’re coming back for a third year for our Disneyland trip. The staff make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in, and breakfast is included with plenty of choices to start a park or travel day. The suites have a good amount of space and kitchenettes, and the shuttle stop is about half a block away. There was renovation work going on during this visit, but the staff handled it in a way that kept the disruption down.
