I called because I'd lost my wallet and asked if they had a lost and found. The manager said no. When I asked if they just take things guests leave behind, she said, “yes, your stuff your responsibility.” I asked if that meant they steal people's money, and she hung up. She hadn't even asked my room number before saying, “my housekeeper good, clean everything, nothing in the room.” She was curt and didn't try to solve our booking problem until I offered to pay cash. A man at least tried to help, but when I asked to speak with him, she wouldn't put him on the line. I'm furious. Don't give this establishment your money, and don't leave anything in a room.

The rooms were clean and roomy, and housekeeping did a good job. The woman in the office didn't speak much English, but she understood what I meant and helped me with my issue herself. It was a good stay.

Rooms were clean and spacious, with a small fridge, microwave, and cable on a large flat screen. The area was quiet and the location was good. The parking lot is small, but there was enough space for registered guests.

I paid 90 for a room at sunrise inn and found the sheets dirty. The front desk person said she couldn't refund me, but offered another room. That bed had dirty sheets too, so I grabbed my things and left. I went to Redondo Beach inn a block away, where the beds were clean and the room cost less, 70. Don't waste your money at this sunrise inn.

It's cheap, which works for someone like me on a strict budget who still likes a high class feel, if you catch my drift. My stay at the Sunrise has been really pleasant so far. The rooms get cleaned daily, everything is clean and tidy, and the staff are friendly. The cable isn't on a flatscreen, but that's still cool. I've recommended Sunrise Inn to lots of friends, and would do it again.
