Yellowstone River Motel

The river view from the back patio was amazing, and it was our favorite spot. The location couldn't be better. Furniture in the rooms might be from the 80s or 90s, but it all works, and the rooms have the amenities you'd expect from a motel of this standard. The bathrooms were clean, though 307 had a funny smell when we walked in. I'd recommend deep cleaning the carpets and using charcoal or another long-lasting freshener.

Virginia was so kind and helped us twice with the room heater settings. We're from India and didn't know how it worked. The beds were comfortable, the place was very, very clean, and everything worked. The staff were extremely helpful. Wishing Betty, Virginal, and the whole team a wonderful season and great business!

The room was old, but clean, and the heat worked great. It worked much better than the room at Old Faithful Inn, which cost three times as much but still left us freezing the day before. Parking right outside the room was convenient. The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful, and made check-in easy from the start. If you want something simple, functional, and affordable, I'd highly recommend this hotel.

It's a very basic, old motel, basically at Yellowstone's entrance. The rooms were very clean, and the front desk ladies were friendly.
