The house had the necessities, including comfortable beds, towels, a kitchen, toiletries, a kids' high chair, TV, Wi-Fi, and a barbecue. But I found the check-in and check-out rules crazy, with extra fees that can be charged. For example, it's $100 if you don't clean the grill, and $30 if you don't take the trash with you. They also ask you to wash the towels and leave a tip for the housekeeper. I know the housekeeper isn't at fault, so we left a tip. I'm not saying the place is all bad. Just get the details first and make your own decision.

Yellowstone blew me away. It was the most beautiful, amazing place I've ever seen, and it's still on my must-see list because I need to go back and spend more time there. The trip was a vacation of a lifetime for my family and me, and I can't imagine staying anywhere better. At cabin 1, my kids, my brother, and his kids all had plenty of room. I worried we'd feel crowded and stressed, but that went away as soon as we walked in. It was clean, beautifully decorated to suit the area, and had the kitchenware, extra amenities, and comfortable beds we needed to settle in. The location was perfect for getting to Yellowstone and Gardiner, MT. The only thing missing was a hot tub. We stayed June 18-21.

The cabin is cozy and beautiful, with a huge fire pit and lots of seating. It's close to the Yellowstone Park entrance and Yellowstone Hot Springs, and there are so many amazing views of the river and surrounding area.
