Yellowstone Village Inn and Suites

There’s no elevator, which was a pain with all our bags, but the manager helped carry them upstairs. I’d stay again. The carpet had a few stains and the bathroom could’ve used a deep clean, though the room itself was clean, with visible vacuum marks and made, comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, and the location is awesome. The place has a cool, old-fashioned feel, and the whole experience was very nice.

We liked how peaceful it felt a bit away from the city center, especially with elk grazing just outside as if people weren’t there. The lobby and taxidermy gave the inn a really cool interior. Our room was spacious enough for two, clean, and non-smoking. The bed was okay and the pillows weren’t great, but they worked out. There’s an indoor pool, and the desk gave us the access code, though we were too busy exploring Yellowstone to use it. Free morning coffee was a nice touch. There’s no microwave in the room, and no cooking or warming food there is allowed, but picnic tables outside are a thoughtful alternative. We were on the second floor, so had to haul our luggage upstairs since there’s no elevator.

We’d happily come back and recommend it to anyone staying in Gardiner. The second-floor view of the park was amazing, and we were so close to the park, food, and shopping. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I love good sheets, and these were wonderfully soft.

Having two little kids with us, ages 4 and 2, made the parking right by the entrance especially convenient. Even the large room trash bin was practical for a family. The hotel has been perfect for us, and the staff have been warm and welcoming throughout. The location is great, just minutes from the park entrance, with a big souvenir shop and good restaurants nearby. At check-in, the staff gave us a helpful list of local places to eat. Cell reception has been strong and stable everywhere we’ve been inside. We’ve had complimentary drinks available all day, including juice, coffee, and lots of kinds of tea, not just black tea. The shared microwave has also been handy for snacks and quick meals. The pool is sparkling clean, the water temperature is just right, and there are plenty of fresh towels. The changing rooms are spotless and easy to use, and the laundry room has been a convenient bonus. Everything is incredibly clean, cozy, and comfortable, even better than we expected. The hotel is well cared for and thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing stay. We feel like we could live here forever. We’re having an unforgettable visit and would recommend it to families, couples, solo travelers, or anyone looking for a clean, relaxing place in a good location.
