For the price, this place is a lot nicer than I expected. It’s handy for me, just a short hop from I-635 and near a couple of gas stations open all night. Much nicer than the read roof in Plano. Thanks for keeping the rates affordable and the customer service good. I hope the price stays within my budget. I’m booking a couple more nights now.

The bed sheets were brown, the floor was dirty, and there were stains on the walls and in the bathroom. The rooms were dirty overall. There weren’t bed covers to help prevent bacteria or bedbugs, and bedbugs seemed possible.

On my first night here, everything seemed better than I expected. The HD TV had great shows, and the air conditioner, shower, fridge, and microwave all worked fine. When my wife and I returned a week later, ants were coming from behind the headboard and we couldn’t sleep comfortably. The front desk woman said they couldn’t do anything and told us to try again in the morning. A man we spoke with then called the story unbelievable, even though I had pictures and ants were still crawling there. We ended up sleeping on the floor.

The price was decent at $65, but I left with 65 itchy bed bug bites. They told me they couldn’t do anything about it, and wouldn’t give me a refund.
