The staff were great, the location was perfect, and the rooms felt relaxing. Breakfast was the problem. For $100, I expected fresher food, or at least more care in how it was made. The hash browns were old, gummy, and so bendable they folded without breaking. The bread tasted funny, and the sausages were really bad. I was scared to feed them to my kid. They could do much better with food people, including children, have to eat. The staff don’t eat it, so I don’t think they care.

The room was roomy, clean, and comfortable, and the staff handled check-in efficiently and professionally. Pets are welcome for a reasonable $25 per pet, with a two-pet limit. I had small animals, so larger pets may cost more. The air conditioner was loud at first, but soon became white noise, and it kept the room impressively cold even in the Texas heat. There’s an indoor pool and gym, free Wi-Fi, and a full breakfast with a waffle maker. Parking is free on site, with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

The free continental breakfast was the usual, but the place was very clean. We were in town for a company Christmas party and stayed here. The rooms were spacious, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The staff were welcoming and nice, and breakfast was a plus. I only stayed one night. It’s an okay hotel, neither great nor terrible. The location felt a little sketchy but worked well for where I needed to go. My room was clean, though worn down, and the musty smell bothered me.
