At $70 a day, I'd say it's pretty clean and not too bad. Just remember it's right by the highway, so you can definitely hear the traffic.

I paid $70 for a room and $25 a night for truck parking. The room was clean and comfortable, and well worth the cost.

A decent place to crash, and it feels safe. It's not too nasty or too clean, though. The covers are thin, and the sink, tub, and toilet could use a better cleaning. Fairly quiet outside, except for the traffic noise.
