The room felt run-down, and even the lobby was cluttered with trash. Staff didn’t listen when I asked for help. My toilet was broken, so I couldn’t put toilet paper in it, and the sink faucet leaked. The curtains were broken, the cable TV barely worked, and the bedspread smelled like feet and had burn marks. I asked for clean linen and new pillows but got neither. There was also a marijuana smell coming from nearby rooms.

Still a motel, but it’s no longer the worst in Dallas. New management has made a huge difference, and it’s way cleaner and quieter than it used to be. A decent choice on a budget or for a longer stay, with Walmart, lots of restaurants, gas stations, and the freeway nearby.

I’d just moved out of a house and needed somewhere to crash for the night. At first the woman there told me to wait in my car for 15 minutes. She’d been yelling on her cellphone, then walked out to a car where three guys were arguing back and forth. When she noticed I was still standing there, she took the phone from her ear and asked, aggressively, “So what do you need?” She was rude and unprofessional, then said that was her boss. Having a whole brawl during business hours is crazy. They need to treat people better instead of going into attack mode because of an argument with someone else. BBB is definitely needed. The lies blew me.

We couldn’t get the room we’d booked online. The woman at the desk said it was no longer available and she couldn’t give us another one. She’d been rude from the moment I walked in and didn’t try to help at all. Worst hotel experience I’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.
