The Peaks at Summit Manor

We spotted a couple of bears from our wood-facing balcony in the morning, and breakfast was included. The place is right downtown, so the location is excellent. The property is old, and the bathrooms could be kept up a little better, but otherwise it was a good stay and worth the money.

The creek and its gentle sound made it feel like we were close to nature, with mountains all around. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the staff were helpful and professional. We spent one night here in a very convenient downtown location and enjoyed it. We'd definitely like to come back. Thank you, Quality Inn Team.

We could walk to pretty much anywhere on the Gatlinburg strip from this interesting spot right at its start. The desk clerks were very nice, breakfast was really good, and I enjoyed sitting on the small balcony looking at the creek. We even saw a bear behind the hotel on our first day, no joke. The front was being repaired or redone, and with no sign, we couldn't tell it was the Quality Inn at first. The parking lot wasn't very clean, and the buildings show a lot of wear. Still, I'd recommend it as a decent hotel.

The creek view from the balcony is lovely, and breakfast is a nice perk. The hotel is in a good area close to shops and attractions, and bears visit often, so be careful. The rooms have working fireplaces, though the rest of the room quality is a bit uncertain. I still found the stay enjoyable.
