Beachstone Cottages

The location was great, and it was nice that dogs are allowed. The Vinery wasn’t clean, though, and someone took some things from our car. We also had trouble with the grill’s propane tank. With a good scrub, new stove drip pans, and a warning to keep the car locked, I could see giving it five stars.

As someone who’s lived in Geneva all my life, it means a lot to see a local taking such good care of a place. I stopped by to see the renovations for next season and happened to find the owner working on them. Dave is a wonderful person, and he’s thought of everything in the remodel. South Spencer is right in the middle of the action, near Thunder on the strip and the lake. We can’t wait to come back in summer and invite friends to stay. Thanks, everyone!

We’ve stayed here twice already and booked again for Memorial Weekend 2018. The cabins are small but comfortable, clean, and cozy, and the price is good. The location puts you right in the heart of Geneva-on-the-lake. The owners are friendly and helpful. I’d recommend staying here.

The owners are quick to respond to calls and texts, even with the office closed because of COVID. The cottages are small, but that’s fine if you’re out enjoying the area, and they’re affordable. The AC is so powerful it’ll freeze you out. For Geneva, the place is in great shape. I’ve stayed in a lot of places around here, and this is one of the best so far. I’ll be back.
