The location works well for the Finger Lakes, with a medium drive to several lakes and wineries. Walgreens and Dollar General are in the same shopping center, and there are multiple breakfast and lunch options nearby. The beds and pillows were nice, firm but not hard. Breakfast was pretty solid too, with really good premade Western omelets and microwavable sandwiches. There’s no bar in the lobby, though you could probably open a bottle of wine and have snacks there.

I travel often for work and leisure, and as a woman on my own I felt very safe here. The hotel was very clean, and the gym was spotless. Breakfast impressed me with its range of healthy options. The woman working that morning kept coming out to restock and clean the counters. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

The staff were helpful and friendly, and the rooms and facilities were clean. I especially liked the S'mores kits for the fire pit. What a great asset for Geneva!

I’ve stayed at this Fairfield a couple of times, and it’s been comfortable and easy each visit. Check-in was straightforward, the staff were friendly, and the hotel was quiet and clean. Free parking and breakfast were a nice value, and the location made it easy to get around the Finger Lakes region. On past visits, I especially enjoyed stopping at Waterloo Premium Outlets. It’s a reliable, pleasant stay for shopping or exploring. Thanks for the thoughtful reply to my review. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and look forward to making more great moments next time.

A great hotel, highly recommend it. The rooms are spacious and very clean, especially the double queen room. Staff were pleasant, and they had hot cocoa ready when we arrived. There’s a good fitness room and a small but nice indoor pool.
