Be sure to catch the sunrise over Lake Seneca. It's spectacular each morning. Our room, the common areas, and the grounds were all clean and well kept, and breakfast was delicious every day. We also appreciated the complimentary wine thoughtfully waiting in our room when we arrived. The innkeepers are wonderful hosts, and our time in the Finger Lakes was so memorable. I'm still wishing I were there and thinking about what a delightful stay Waters Edge B&B Resort was. We very much look forward to coming back. Warm regards, Sharon and Todd.

Karen and Don were terrific hosts, and the place is lovely and comfortable. We had a marvelous few days at Water’s Edge, with a phenomenal breakfast. Highly recommend it if you're headed to the Seneca Lake area.

We especially enjoyed the hot tub, kayaks, pool table, and shuffleboard. The property is beautiful, right on the lake, and everything was very clean. Karen and her husband were kind and hospitable, and breakfast was very good. The location worked well too, close to restaurants, wineries, and breweries. We really enjoyed our stay.

We were given the beautiful Keuka Room as an upgrade when we happened to check in just as the other guests were leaving, so we had the whole place to ourselves. Waters Edge sits right along Seneca Lake, with stunning views. We had booked an apartment-style room without breakfast, but fresh coffee was ready every morning, and Karen made to-go cups for us when we left at 6 a.m. We also appreciated being able to use a washer and dryer. The owners were warm and accommodating while giving us space, and we felt relaxed and well looked after. We're already talking about a return. A wonderful five-star stay in Geneva, NY.

The view from our Seneca room was fabulous, and breakfast each morning had enough options to leave us stuffed. My husband and I stayed three nights at this B&B on our first Finger Lakes trip. It's perfectly placed for getting to lots of wineries, breweries, and shops.
